Give me the heart of a lion LORD

Strong and brave and true
And make me into a valiant man

To serve and honor You
In spirit and in truth I come

To worship You YAHWEH
Give me the heart of a lion

Now I pray

Give me the heart of a gentle lamb

Lowly mild and meek
And write Your laws upon my heart

And cause my tongue to speak 
All that You would have me say

To those You send my way

Give me ears to hear and eyes to see

The error of my ways
Give me grace to give to those like me

Who have erred and gone astray
Give me peace of mind in these troubled times

So that I can understand
The sacrifice You made for me

Who is not afraid to fight
The evil of this wicked world

And to stand for what is right
According to Your Word YAHWEH

I will seek Your face today
Give me the heart of a soldier

Now I pray

Give me the mind of a wise man

So that I may understand
All that You would have me know

About the Lion and the Lamb
Let Your wisdom be a friend to me

When I serve my sovereign King
And I will praise Your holy name

With every song I sing

With every song I sing

Give me ears to hear and eyes to see

The error of my ways
Give me grace to give to those like me

When Yeshua comes again
Sanctify me through His blood

So that I can come and stand
In the presence of Your holiness
