My Messiah

My Messiah has been watching me

Since I was very young
And He knows how many times I fell

And all the wrongs I’ve done
My lawlessness corrupted me

And led me into sin
But through His blood and by His grace

I am born again

My Messiah is my refuge

And my shelter from the storm
He’s the one who has protected me

And kept me from all harm
He’s the only one that I can trust

To catch me when I fall
He’s the only way to heaven

And the only LORD of all

My Messiah is my Savior

My redeemer and my friend
And I will see Him face to face

When Jesus comes again
He will take His people home to see

The new Jerusalem
Where we will live forever

In the presence of the Lamb

My Messiah is my fortress

And the Rock on which I stand
He’s the Prince of peace forever

He’s the Lion and the Lamb
He’s the only one who could have come

To set His people free
From the curse of sin that dwells within

All humanity

My Messiah is the LORD of Lords

And sovereign KING of Kings
He’s the God of all creation

And the LORD of everything
He’s the Alpha and Omega

He’s the first one and the last
He’s the one who knows the future

And the one who knows the past

My Messiah is my Savior
